Getting Involved
As we are a community based preschool we provide many opportunities for families to participate in our centre.
Parents are invited to come to the centre and have a chance to:
Connect with your child and centre staff
Find out what is happening and contribute in a hands on way
Support yours and other children’s learning experiences
Offer ideas and help in making sure your child’s/family’s needs are met
If you or someone in your family has a special skill or particular interest we encourage you to come and share it with the children this can be anything from cooking to playing a musical instrument.
Each parent is welcome to participate in the management of the service, by either joining the committee or attending management committee meetings.
Parents are encouraged to provide feedback on our service and to offer suggestions for our programs through our parent feedback forms located in the locker room, by email or by using our online contact form, this enables our staff to meet the particular needs of our community.
As we are a not-for-profit centre we are always seeking additional funding. You can assist our preschool by becoming involved in our fundraising efforts or perhaps you may be able to make a tax deductible donation to the preschool, please contact our Administration and Finance Officer if you would like to know more.
